TFAPA commences its operation with the launch of website www.TFAPA.com

August 28, 2020, Chennai: TAMIL FILM ACTIVE PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION (TFAPA) formed by Legendary Director and Producer Bharathirajaa has announced the commencement of its operation from today with the formal launch of their comprehensive website www.tfapa.com , a FIRST among all Film Industry trade bodies operating in Tamil Cinema.
Though Tamil Cinema is over 100 years old, it is the first time a new trade association commences its operation with the launch of its website www.tfapa.com, which outlines all its objectives, goals, member services and all other details of its activities for the benefit of its members. The website offers even the application form online for aspiring members to download, in addition to various other services.
The newly launched website www.tfapa.com is also planning to upload the details of films released since 1931 for the benefit of its members so that members can go through the entire list online, check for any title and apply for them, knowing the Producer details. The website shall also collect the titles registered in other Film trade associations and list them so that their members can select only titles which are free and available. Such titles can be registered Online through the website is the facility TFAPA is planning to offer soon.
Since the announcement of its launch on 3rd August 2020, TFAPA has taken up the request to allow the shooting with Tamil Nadu State Government twice and with the clearance by Government of India for shootings on August 23, we are expecting the approval anytime soon from the State Government. TFAPA is also taking up a few more important issues before the Tamil film industry with the Central and TN Government for immediate action.
TFAPA is focusing on its immediate goals, announced already are:
1. To get back into active film business, which is facing several challenges, after the impact of Corona.
2. To safeguard the interest of active Producers in completing and releasing their films without any hurdle.
3. To represent to Government to allow opening of theatres to release many films, which are ready, once the Corona impact reduces.
4. To represent to TN Government in removing the local tax and helping the industry to get back on its feet.
5. To help the active Producers in the business of their films in every possible way.
Members have started enrolling into TFAPA under three categories: 1. Primary members with voting rights 2) Associate members and 3) Probationary members. TFAPA is delighted to share that over 50 primary members with voting rights have already enrolled into our Association and over 50 have enrolled into Associate and Probationary categories. With a total registration of over 100 members, TFAPA is happy to commence its operation today.
Primary membership list of TFAPA boasts of ‘who is who’ of Tamil film industry, comprising of legends, pioneering producers and senior producers with over 40 years in the industry, in addition to many active and current film producers. Once the list of Producers is published in our website, it shall be known to everyone the kind of support TFAPA is getting from the active producers.
The Management Team of the Association is yet to be formed and the same shall be announced once the election among the Primary members is conducted, which is scheduled in a few days.
Along with the above developments, TFAPA shall also be moving into its modern and well-designed office soon and the same shall be announced with all details. The Management Team shall operate out of the new office once we take the possession of the same.
While we are taking effective steps to support the Active producers, we appeal to all the active and current film producers of Tamil Cinema to join our new Association to strengthen it further and support in its aims and objectives.

ஆகஸ்ட் 28, 2020, சென்னை: தமிழ் சினிமா பல்வேறு ஏற்ற இறக்கங்களை கடந்து நூற்றாண்டு கொண்டாடி முடித்திருக்கிறது. மாறிவரும் உலக சூழல், விஞ்ஞான தொழில்நுட்ப வளர்ச்சி, சினிமா வியாபார மாற்றங்களை தொழில்ரீதியாக தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ள வேண்டியிருக்கிறது

இந்திய சினிமாவில் தமிழகத்தின் அடையாளமாக அறியப்படும் மூத்த இயக்குனரும், தயாரிப்பாளருமான ‘இயக்குனர் இமயம்’ பாரதிராஜா முயற்சியில் “தமிழ் திரைப்பட நடப்பு தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கம்” தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதற்கான முறையான அதிகாரபூர்வ அறிவிப்பு ஆகஸ்ட் 3, 2020 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டது. இந்த அமைப்புக்கு www.TFAPA.com எனும் பெயரில் இணையதளம் ஒன்று தொடங்கப்பட்டு, அது இன்று முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்துள்ளது.

இந்த தளத்தில் 1931 முதல் இன்று வரை வெளியான நேரடி தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களின் பெயர்கள், அதன் தயாரிப்பாளர்கள், நடித்த கலைஞர்கள், தொழில்நுட்ப கலைஞர்கள், மற்றும் படம் பற்றி இதர தகவல்களும் இடம் பெறுவதற்கான பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. தங்களின் திரைப்படத்திற்கு தலைப்புகளை பதிவு செய்ய தயாரிப்பாளர்கள், இந்த இணைய தளம் மூலம் நேரிடையாக பதிவு செய்யும் வசதியை வெகு விரைவில் செய்ய இந்த புதிய சங்கம் ஏற்பாடு செய்து வருகிறது

இந்த அமைப்பு மீண்டும் படப்பிடிப்புகளை தொடங்க நடத்துவதற்கான முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டு வந்ததன் பலனாக படப்பிடிப்பு நடத்துவதற்கான வழி காட்டு நெறிமுறைகளை மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. அதை பின்பற்றி தமிழக அரசும் வெகு விரைவில் நின்று போயிருக்கும் பல படங்களின் ஷூட்டிங் தொடங்குவதற்கான அனுமதியை விரைவில் கொடுக்கும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையில் சங்கம் உள்ளது. கொரானாவால் தடைபட்டுபோன படப்பிடிப்புகளை மீண்டும் நடத்துவதற்கு தயாரிப்பாளர்களுக்கு தேவையான வழிகாட்டுதல் என பிற உதவிகளையும் “தமிழ் திரைப்பட நடப்பு தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கம்” மேற்கொள்ள இருக்கிறது

திரையரங்குகளில் டிக்கட் விற்பனையில் வசூலிக்கப்படும் 8% உள்ளூர் வரியை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என தமிழக அரசிடம் முறையிட்டு இருக்கிறோம். வெகு விரைவில் அது நீக்கப்பட்டு, ஒரு நல்ல தீர்வு தமிழக அரசிடம் இருந்து கிடைக்கும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையில் நாங்கள் உள்ளோம்.

தமிழ் திரைப்பட நடப்பு தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கம் தொடங்கப்பட்டு உறுப்பினர்கள் சேர்க்கை தொடங்கிய பின் இதுவரை 100 பேர் உறுப்பினர்களாக இணைந்துள்ளனர். இவற்றில் 50 பேர் வாக்குரிமை உள்ளவர்களும் மேலும் அசோசியேட், புரபசனல் தகுதி அடிப்படையில் 50 உறுப்பினர்களும் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இவர்களில் 45 ஆண்டுகளாக வெற்றிகரமான படங்களை தயாரித்த தயாரிப்பாளர்களும் உறுப்பினர்களாக இணைந்து உள்ளனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

தமிழ் திரைப்பட நடப்பு தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கத்துக்கு இன்றைய தொழில்நுட்ப வசதிகளுடன் கூடிய மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட அலுவலகம் தயாராகி வருகிறது. இந்த அலுவலகம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட புதிய நிர்வாகிகள் தலைமையில் இயங்க உள்ளது. இதுவரை சங்கத்தில் உறுப்பினர்களாக இணைந்துள்ள முதன்மை உறுப்பினர்கள் 50 பேர் சங்கத்துகான புதிய நிர்வாக குழுவை தேர்ந்தெடுக்க உள்ளனர்.
