‘Dharmadurai’ goes to Bollywood
‘Dharmadurai’, released earlier this month has went on to become one of the most successful films of the year. Starring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead, the film is being praised for its emotional content and storyline.
Now reports have emerged that the film will be remade in three other languages of Hindi, Telugu and Kannada.
“Seenu Ramasamy who helmed the original will be directing the film in Bollywood”, said sources.
The cast and crew are yet to be announced officially.
‘Dharmadurai’ that also stars Tamannah, Srushti Dangre and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles, had music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Produced by Studio Green, the film featured Sethupathi in the role of a doctor.
